Good food and nice staff. Everyone is saying they're rude but they're honestly just always busy. Nobody can expect 100% undivided attention when your server has 4 other tables. This just brings further validation to the fact everyone should be in the service industry for atleast a month in their life, it would be an eye opener for most.
I love advertising businesses I patronize in but I was told last night I couldn't take photos inside the place. I thought the place was gorgeous and wanted to show others since I'm not from here. Thanks for treating people rudely. I won't return again
Sometimes Rude! The food can be exceptionally good, but sometimes you may get a bad batch. And today the woman on the phone hung up on me while I was still talking. Add food poison to the mix and it can be an interesting experience. You may score one day and another day it may be bad. I really hate that because I have been a customer through this business changing hands 3 or 4 times. But I am on my way out of the door for their list of returning customers.
My husband and I went on Thursday. We showed up at 5:00 (the time they open) waited 10 minutes at the front before anyone came up to seat us. We were the first and only people in there for about 20 minutes. When we sat down we ordered 2 appetizers. We waited about 10 minutes for those to come out and when we got them they were only luke warm. Like they were made at 5 when they opened and had just been sitting under the warmer. We each had a steak, they were very good, but we didn’t get our bread until our meal was almost done. Overall experience only fair.
