Today I had a fantastic experience at Nissan of Gadsden. I wrecked my car Wednesday and desperately needed something else. My husband took me to get a car. Matthew Crawford was our sales person and he was very professional and made buying my first car amazing. He did everything he could to make sure we left happy. Everyone there made us feel comfortable and they make an effort to get to know something about their customers. I definitely think if you are looking for a car go to Nissan of Gadsden and ask for Matthew. Definitely will be going there again when need be. Oh and JR Gillespie really knows what he is doing and helps make sure you know exactly what you are getting in the price you pay.

Blake Minyard was refreshing to work with. I very rarely have a good customer experience anymore so it was awesome to be respected and not just another number. I've never used the dealership to service my car before, I will be this time. It really seamed like they are all on the same team too and not competing, when we were waiting other sales people would ask if we needed water or soda, that doesn't normally happen to me when they know someone else is getting the sale.

When buying a used car from this dealership beware! I inquired about a 2004 Nissan Sentra with 205,000 miles which had duct tape on the driver's side seat to cover tears I'm assuming they are asking $3,500 for the car which they claim is their best internet price and I was told by a salesman that there was no negotiation. I looked up the value of this car on Kelly blue book and in excellent condition which it isn't it is only valued at $800.00 so apparently this dealership is making a big profit off of it's customer I don't understand how this dealership gets away with ripping people off the duct tape wasn't the issue for me it was more so your value of the car compared to what the blue book value is but no need to thank me I just bought a car today from a dealership that treats customers fairly and the wasn't overpriced ridiculously so thank you!

Oct is the month of my Birthday so as a gift to myself I Found the car I'd been dreaming of for the last 5 yrs on Auto Trader. Nissan of Gadsden is a beautiful facility. This place even has a slushy machine LOL. I Text Kenny first then completed the sale with Blake Minyard. Blake was very prompt at getting back to me with answers to my questions & even came in on his off day to finalize the sale. BUT After I drove my beautify car home & to the store the check engine light came on & I eminently called & text Blake but sadly we missed each others calls so I tried back the next business day morning & he said he'd call me back but then he got too busy to return my call. I called the dealership the following day & spoke with Mark because I still hadn't heard back from Blake. Unfortunately the check engine light stated Catalyst system low efficiency which I was informed that meant it needed a new Catalytic converter which is not covered under the Nissan 30 day power tran warranty. Mark then informed me that he had talked to the Service manager & the owner & that they would in this particular case fix it if I pay for 50% of the price for parts. Just my luck that the one thing that is wrong with this car is not covered under the dealerships warranty or the extended 3 year warranty I purchased. Oh but the kicker is I previously purchased the same year and model car from a different dealer & it had a bad transmission so I gave that lemon back because they wouldn't fix it without having me pay for parts and repairs on top of the full purchase price of the car. Silly me to think I'd be able to go anywhere else & find my dream car without problems. Seems I can't win for losing. It just sucks having to pay a car note & pay for repairs on a newly purchased vehicle.

Inquired about a vehicle. Prompt response and told me the day before when the vehicle was no longer in stock. Saved me a trip.
