My husband tried to surprise me with flowers from this shop. They didn't have what they needed so the order was delayed. Understable but the next day I waited for two hours for the flowers to be delivered. I told the shop that I needed to run to the store so that I could have dinner fixed for my children by 5. At 5 they still were not here. The delivery persons cell phone died so he went back to the store without delivering my flowers. The thing that makes me angry is that I had to call to find all this out. The person at the shop was rude when I asked for a refund and basically tried to hang up on me. This will be a business I avoid in the furture.

They make what you want and have it ready to be picked up/deliver it when it is needed. Love this shop.
