These people are very unprofessional. Most of the staff is very rude. They don't care about their patients at all. The lady in scheduling hung up on me because I was being assertive. They don't even deserve to be in business!!!!@
I can only speak for the pediatric department. But this is the best doctor I’ve ever taken my kids to see. We have religious vaccine exemption and no pediatrician anywhere will see them other than quality of life. (Other non-vaxx parents will understand the struggle). The doctors are extremely friendly and understanding and though I will admit the wait times are on the legnthier side, I understand completely. I would 10/10 recommend this office, for pediatrics at least.
I wouldn't take my dog here. Poor patient care, staff are rude. Refuse meds you've been on. QUACKS!
I have worked in optical office's and that is your property not the providers.
I had scheduled an eye exam and was told it was going to be a certain amount based on income. Ok, that's fine. Two weeks later I received a small bill in the mail. I pay it.
Every time i go there it take about 4 to 5 hour till im called upon ,not only that its has some of the ugliest interior I've ever seen with some scratched up walls
I do not have dental or vision insurance. Health insurance, yes. A few weeks later I received a letter from health insurance where Quality of Life had filed a claim for over two hundred dollars. For what? All I received was a regular eye refraction. That was it.
Sixty dollars, well it turned out to be eight out of my pocket but total billing that day was three hundred or more. Then they wouldn't even give me a copy of my prescription.
Just saying....watch your back.
