We have always loved using Sherwin Williams paint ... The products are always very good quality and one of the very best things we like is that Sherwin Williams is very consistent with paint colors even if you have to go to another store ... And they have ALWAYS stood behind their products and if a problem does arise they ALWAYS take care of it.
I love the paint, but everytime I go into the store on Rainbow Drive, I wait at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges me. Last time I stood at the counter and a young man was waiting on a customer, a young lady walked in and began to help the young man with his customer, while totally ignoring me. That has happened several times at that location. Please at least acknowledge my presence, and let me know you are aware I am standing right there and I am as important as any other customers that walks into your store.
My local store was spooky and deserted looking, took forever for a bored looking young man to wander out of a back room to greet me. He had absolutely no knowledge of concrete stain, I see why it was so deserted. Such a solid old company, too bad poor customer service can ruin it. My local benjamin moore decorator store is awesome, and my local Lowes is very very helpful
