Charlie wad GREAT!! He was such a gentleman. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our trip!
Driver picked up in Nashville was horrible. He was elderly, said he had just had surgery and was not feeling well. He didn't know where he was going, ended up going from pavement to a dirt road at about 50 miles an hour and slammed on his brakes due to his surprise. Three hours behind on trip up to Illinois, and four hours behind on the trip coming back. I wouldn't suggest this company.
I had such a pleasant and fun time with our bus driver (John). I felt more than welcome and would recommend them for all your traveling needs.
I highly recommend to never use Kelton Tours. From dealing with the people working in the office to the poor quality of service of our round trip, I have never had as unpleasant an experience as I had with Kelton Tours. I would recommend finding just about any other bus company to use for your travel needs, as you will surely be disappointed if you use Kelton Tours.
Frequently slamig on brakes, and no working A/C. Bathroom smelled horrible. I'm suprised it came on wheels.
