The front counter employees are great! I noticed that they are very helpful to all customers. They show concern for their customers. Very friendly people!

Because I live on the county line they tell me they don't service my address. So they refused to help me find my package even though after I track my pack it says that it is in their office. They wouldn't even bother to check. Terrible customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Very unprofessional. Their phone service is nonexistent. An automated voice states you are being transferred to the next available agent and then after several rings it automatically disconnects the call. They could not care less about customer service.
