When it comes to initial meeting she was very welcoming and hospitable. She setup out first time cruise had everything arranged we paid our money and everything was happy and merry. Well then we, as first time cruisers, had more questions.. then the hospitality shut off to a trickle. When we called she sounded much less engaged... we called three times max after booking. We wanted help with a hotel nearby and parking. Honestly hindsight 20/20... booking a cruise would have been easier by ourself on the cruiseline website.
