Stopped here after visiting the Christmas Lights at Noccalula Falls. The drive thru was backed up and inside packed, but we really wanted donuts. Went inside. After waiting in line 20 minutes, they told us it would be a 45 minute wait and they were getting out more dough to start. Seems like they would have done that when they saw the crowds rolling in from the lights. They were passing out the rejects in the drive thru, but not sure if they were charging full price. (Donuts are donuts though.)
Went to get the eclipse donuts at 1 pm on 8/21 and there were no glazed donuts of any kind a very few donuts at all. Was told it would be at least an hour for donuts. And no eclipse donuts til 5 pm. If you are running a special w you should be prepared for the whole day or you should tell on your website that it is only at specific times of the day. We drove 45 min. One way and there was no donuts. Not happy at all!!!
We went in store and there was 3 young people waiting on customers. There was 4 ahead of us, we waited about 10 minutes before being waited on. I ordered a dozen glazed and a dozen assorted creamed filled. The guy put 9 creamed filled in box and said someone would have to get more from the back even though there was 3 in the shelf that I wanted. He left my box open on the counter and started waiting on other customers even thought someone had already brought the doughnuts up that I had ordered and was giving them to the next customer. He had never offered to get the glazed ones I had ordered. There was flies swarming everywhere. One of the girls working had to go to the manager, who was sitting at a table doing nothing to get her to help open a register. We walked out leaving the half made order with the flies. I won't be giving them my business that I didn't get today.
This isn't the first time they've been out. My grandmother stopped once with the Hot and Fresh light on, only to be told they were out and it would be a long wait... Sounds like they have a management or scheduling problem.
I LOVE KRISPY KREME lol they really are amazing there it's a great place to go and get great coffee and even better doughnuts
Didn't have anything but plain doughnuts. The front case was empty. This is the second time I've been here and both times there wasn't any doughnuts but plain. Not one time did anyone ask if they could help me. I was gonna order a hot chocolate but the lady making drinks for the customer before me said the s word so I decided not to buy anything from your store. I know my busy won't make or break up but I felt the need to share.
