I left my wallet at home today. I work on the road so I was a long way from home. Panera here in Gadsden has a drive through that once you're in it, you have to go through it. After I ordered and pulled forward I realized I didn't have my wallet. So I had to sit in the drive through and think about my mistake...I get to the window and regretfully tell the guy I didn't have my wallet. He smiled and handed me the bag and said "it's on us today, pay it forward."
First time eating at this place...so bad that I won't ever go back.
Great food, little pricey, clean and great staff
When my and I have those very mom and daughter days this is the best place to eat
Feels like death in the eating areas. Too bland. Depressing.
Not every business would allow their employees to do this. And not every restaurant has food as good as Panera. The salad I ordered was perfectly tasty and the apple was crisp. The fact that it was given to me out of kindness was even better. Give these people your business!
The staff was friendly; however, after specifying and making sure the cashier knew that I wanted a chicken noodle soup, I got a wild rice soup. To top it off they gave me a Caesar salad with no dressing. They also didn't ask me what sides I wanted. Poor service. It's soup and salad. Get it right
Bread was hard (it is called Panera BREAD right?)! Bread should be the best to eat, but it isn't. Food was not flavorful also. I am a chef and I wouldn't feed this to a dog.
Cashier was pretty nice.
