Great customer service. Had a flat tire at home, called got a price on the tire ( little pricey but it was an emergency ). James got here within 20 minutes and got the tire off and on within about 15 to 20 minutes. Very professional and very nice. Ladies if you ever need a company that does road side service and you stuck. B&C Tire are who you need to call. Thanks for handling the problem in a timely manner.

Dropped my car off at 8:30 am for an oil change. I was told it would take about an hour. Well 3 hrs. later still waiting on my car. When I arrived back in 1hr my car had not been touched. After waiting an additional 1hr and 30 mins I was told that since my car was "dropped" off that it was not priority!!! That had I waited in the waiting area my car would have been in line and finished. When I asked how long I was told 1 hr had I been told there was a push back for not being in the lobby I would have just stayed. This is not my first time being less than satisfied with customer service here. Not that they care but I will not be back not even an apology was offered. Sometimes paying more for better customer service is worth it!
Ok im not just doing this for a discount but I Just brought my car in for ladies day($10 off) and found out u get MORE discounts for your honest reviews! I came here b4 but i had stopped bc my husband worked at a car place n i got it serviced there but he's no longer there so i came back n wish i was coming before because his job didnt have all this! COFFEE wit tha sugar n creamer! TV to watch and multiple discounts and the staff is friendly...honestly last time I came i had a great experience. And they told me everything that was wrong wit my car n even tho I didn't have the money, they didn't try 2 pressure me n2 buying extra services like most car shops do! Me and my family will definitely be getting serviced here next time!
