This man is rude! He does not ever want to fix anything. He has no receptionist so you cannot call. He does not seem to be trained to fix my Jaguar, I took my car here twice he told be he fixed something come to find out what he said he fixed he did NOT fix. He is extremely rude and unfriendly!!!! he is either rude because he does not want to me working or because he has "short man syndrome" I am not sure what his problem is but what ever it is he SHOULD NEVER TAKE IT OUT ON CUSTOMERS! He also will never call you to update on your car. His work also is extremely overpriced even compared to the dealer. He is disrespectful and just plain MEAN do not take anything to him if you ACTUALLY WANT IT FIXED because it will never HAPPEN!!!! I can say WORSE things about this place and how he treats his customers, although I have better things to do today as I will not let him ruin another day of mine! He has ruined many. BEWARE! HE WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING MEAN MEAN MEAN!!!!!!!!!!
My advice to import auto customers you NEED TO CHECK UNDER YOUR HOOD OR Have A COMPETENT PROFESSIONAL (the complete opposite of Mr. Badgett,) TO DO SO you will be horribly surprised at jeff badgett's many shortcuts.
Jeff Badgett of Import Auto worked on my car. He cut through the emission hoses and stuck old spark plugs in the hoses to block them. Then he stuffed a penny in the pump to stop it from pumping, (the penny is a u-shaped now.) Jeff Badgett of Import Auto will always take the short cut and will not do the job he says he does. I found other things I was charged for but Jeff Badgett of Import Auto never did the job correctly, like a simple job as changing plugs and wires - jeff badgett's shortcut- he changed the plugs but left the old plug wires - but I was charged for both. I eventually took my car to the dealer and give them all of the receipts and had them go over everything he charged me for and see if they had been done. The easy things had been done but all the things that took any time or energy to do was NOT and had not been done. I confronted Jeff Badgett of Import Auto and I told him I was getting everything he had taken shortcuts on fixed, and me was going to refund my money I had paid him I told him to MAN UP he was Busted and BE A MAN. Of course he dodged me and I took Jeff Badgett AND Import Auto to court .....I had no idea how many other people as all so sued jeff badgett and import auto for the same thing I was sueing him for .......
The gentleman who greeted me was polite, professional without being pretentious. We shared common interests and I expanded my knowledge while I waited for my car to be checked out. As a woman I'm have been fed bogus info related to non existent parts and needed repairs. The service man Ashley was easy going, efficient, very helpful with my needs and concerns and I left feeling confident that my car was in good hands. I look forward to working with them in the future
THERE IS ALOT. I won. .......But the scum Jeff Badgett of Import Auto, never paid so I garnashed his bank account, and he got a attorney to stop the garnishment stating he was unaware that the courts decided in my favor he stated he had every intention of appealing the case if it was not decided in his favor. After his time limit passed again without an appeal we knew he only filed his motion, so he could change banks and hide his money again. My attorney contacted his attorney stating we would charge him with fraud if he did not pay, since he lied too the courts stating he had every intention of appealing which was never done. Of course chicken jeff of Import auto paid quite quickly especially since the judgement was added to his credit and was affecting his many loans. The odd thing is that if, short man jeff had been a man and paid as he should have, he would have been about $2,800.00 to the good maybe next time you will pay before they take you to court eh jeff?
