Had a great time at the Charity Day Sale!
Love Belks! Love the clothes, shoes, jewelry and Clinique! Could use lots of improvement in the home goods. Never any prices and the signs that are there are not clear to what it's referring to. So, usually I just stay out of the house hold area. Overall, I love Belks!
I purchased a couple pairs of pants and 2 shirts for my granddaughter for Christmas. When I got to the register one of the shirts rang up the wrong price! I questioned the sales person who in turn did not believe me and said for me to prove where I got the shirt!I took her to the racks and showed her 2 different sales racks the shirts were on ! She said well they do not belong there! They are not on sale! It will be a while before I purchase anything else here!
I went to get a wedding gift on a Friday. The registry computer was down. The sales associate had promised to assist me but couldn't because she had too many customers to ring up. After twenty minutes I left.
