They didn't even try to make my dad look decent when we had the viewing. Make up was awful. The way they positioned him in the casket was awful his stomach sunk in. They shoved a lage group of people into the smallest room. For the money we paid and the services we revived I'm very disappointed.
This firm handled arrangements for a friend of mine years ago. Best job of embalming and cosmetics I've seen in a long time. I'm a retired embalmer, so I know what I'm talking about. Highly recommend this funeral home.
Everything was beautiful for my Daddy's funeral. I know when you do something over and over, you often become numb to it. It becomes a routine or just a job. The staff at Collier Butler are not people that have become insensitive by seeing this everyday. They are caring, kind, and supportive. I could not have asked for any better place to have taken my daddy. They gave wonderful ideas and fulfilled all of our requests. If in the event I ever have to plan another funeral, I will definitely use Collier Butler.
