I attended my partner's grandmothers funeral here. I was in the visitation room for the 'final goodbyes' the funeral director was so rude to the family it was unbelievable. There is no excuse for being so contemptuous to people when they're that emotionally vulnerable. I imagine he gets away with it because no one wants to make even more of a scene by calling him out. If you get off on being an emotional bully, you should find a different line of work.
