If I could give them a below 1 star rating I would. We searched out a particular lawnmower and their website said they had 3 in stock. We borrowed a trailer and headed out only to be told, yes they have 3 but they are in crates and will be put together the next day. We purchased the mower with the promise we could come tomorrow and pick up. We did call the next morning and was told it was being put together. We called back that afternoon to be told, no - try again the next day. So today we called and was assured it was put together and would be waiting on us. My husband took off work early, borrowed a trailer and arrived only to be told they must have sold it to someone else because they were out. Mind you the website still shows 1 available for pickup TODAY. After 30 minutes of searching (and telling us we probably bought a refurbished one) they said oops no, we do have one in a crate but it'll be tomorrow before it's put together. We have paid over $2000 for a lawnmower and been lied to countless times to have nothing but tall grass and a lawnmower somewhere in a crate. The staff could care less and no one has any interest in helping. Go to Home Depot or another Lowe's but stay away from this one!
They were nice and helpful but the bad news is they where sold-out of what are you looking for.
Doug goes there a lot for of supplies. They do not change places on all the times friendly staff. I love to browse. Its clean restrooms very clean
Awful store! If I could give less than a one star I would. After letting my husband know our appliances are in and confirming a delivery date , they delivered what they actually had because they sold our other appliances to someone else! What disappointments me the most is my husband is a regular customer for his business and was still treated this way!
Great garden center. Staff there are very helpful and friendly. Sure glad to have them here in Gadsden. Hate having to drive other places to get stuff. This is a growing area and it is hard to find good help. Shop local.
