Mostly helpful staff, not a big selection of merchandise.
Sometimes hard to find an employee to help, even Though they are standing around. Despite all that I would rather go here than Lowe's.
It would be really nice if they would hire staff that knew about plumbing or anything else. The staff there told me that plumbers wholesale would be better and they were right. This place is no better than lowes or Home Depot. You are better off on your own with YouTube. Very disappointed.

needs a better web site that shows products like lumber, sizes,prices !!!!!
The "search" portion of the site does not allow me to search for a particular item, as we did before they changed the format of the page. If you do find a viable link, it just takes you to a page that does not have further linkable connections to the item. i.e. Was checking on "potting Soil", went to the "Lawn and Garden" link.... but no link to more info on the item. It's as if the pages are NOT finished yet... ready for the public!
Guess when I'm interested in an item, I will just have to look elsewhere. The new pages seems to be more for promoting the store, than assisting the customer in finding an item.
