It said they were open til 4:30. I called SEVERAL times but no one answered. When I arrived at 2:15, the fence was locked, and there was someone else at the LOCKED fence wanting to go inside. His son needed to take a test. I needed to update my license by adding the boating license. Very poor business. Don't expect it be open or for anyone to answer.
Tester Lee is awesome! We had to wait(3 kids and parents waiting) for the road testing due to the fact she was the only one there but she put everyone at ease and the kids really enjoyed testing with her! Could not ask for a better experience!

After trying twice at Guntersville to get sons permit, it was suggested we try Glencoe. I'm glad we did and had the best experience you could have at the DMV. Drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and arrived at 9:00 on a Monday. We were 5th on the list. Two ladies working were professional, courteous and worked well together. Really nice. We were done within the hour. Had a very pleasant experience. Thank you!!
