Dr Cole and her wonderful staff have been so kind and helpful to my husband and myself. We had 2 other doctors quit their practices on us. We were left hanging. After trying American Family Dr. Cole helped us with health issues that the other doctors never took the time to find out about us. We don't waste the doctors time. But we appreciate Dr Cole, the nurses and office manager listening to us when we have a need. And she has given us answers to issues we have had for a long time. Thank you. Phillip and Melody Green
I've seen her now probably 5 times and treated me with respect and sending me to the correct doctors to get a proper diagnosis.
Was just seen on a Friday evening for upper respiratory issues got a breathing treatment 2 shots and at a reasonable pace. Staff were wonderful. Thank you Dr. Brown and Staff. Yes even the one that administered the shots. Yep OUCH. BUT I do feel some better today.
Our toddler spiked an extremely high fever on a Sunday afternoon. Our pediatrician was closing so we decided to go to AFC Gadsden instead of the ER! It was a great decision! Everyone took great care of us, from the reception desk to the treatment room! The lab draw was analyzed on site and showed a bacterial infection. Dr Cole quickly offered us several options for treatment and got our little one feeling better that evening. Our total time in office was barely 45 minutes. The copay for a ER visit would have been 5x the office visit copay!!! Thank you all for taking such good care of our family!!!

I've been past from doctor to doctor and finally met with Dr. Brown by accident in Oxford. I will gladly drive to Gadsden to make sure I get the right treatment.
The staff was awesome. I got really good and speedy as possible. The doctor knew what she was doing and was very thorough. The gentleman who drew my blood was as gentle as he could be. And the X-ray tech was courteous and kind. Over all I would definitely go there if my PC couldn't fit me in, instead of the ER anytime. I'm not very happy with the ER'S at either hospital here in Gadsden AL. Thanks for your time in my need.
