The prices are competitive considering today's nice motels generally cost $120+ a night. I paid ~$550 for 7 days/6 nights.
Room was clean and nice, bathroom was very stylish and clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was tasty and a lot better than I expected. Lots of locations around for food as well. Only complaint would be that the walls were a bit thin, so it was easy to hear the television from the next room over. Overall I would have no problem staying at this location again.
As far as everything else goes, I've been here for 5 days so far and haven't had any issues. The front desk clerks are all very nice (I've met 4 of them so far) and 3 of the housekeepers I've met are very nice as well.
I came to this hotel to visit my boys who live in the area,all I can say is it was an amazing place,the manager was above and beyond,as well as the staff.For almost 15 years I lived in hotels and stayed in 4and 5 star places but felt as close to home as ever.I highly recommend this Best Western to anyone.
Took awhile for front desk receptionist to realize we were there.(10 minutes) Had to call the phone at the desk to get her attention. Breakfast was ok, could have been improved with a few things would have made it great. Room was good but the beds were an absolute rock. Would have trouble staying here again even if it were the last place with availability.
Hotel was well kept and clean with helpful staff, but the bed/mattress was poor. Didn't get a good night's sleep either night of my stay. Walls are pretty thin. I could hear the television and a phone conversion of the upstairs guest.
I think the most important thing to know about this Best Western location is about their beds. Let's face it, it's why you're coming here to begin with. The beds are very comfortable. They're not too firm, not too soft.
