The room was ok. We seen a Big Rodent around the elevator door, the key card wouldn't work, had trouble getting heat/ac working, and there was No, exhaust fan in bathroom. Bed was comfy and clean! Pillows were Nice!!! Room overall was clean .staff freindly!! Breakfast was ok. Was hopin for gravy with the biscuits or a waffle maker. They did have a pancake maker, ok but not as good as waffles. They said they only did biscuits and gravy on weekend. Stay was ok!! Here for a funeral.have stayed at H.I .E's that were Much better!!!
Very professional staff. Was working in Alabama and we always stay here. Matter of fact we are going back from Dallas next week and will stay here for another couple of weeks. Highly recommended.
The air conditioner in the room did not work well and took most of the night to cool down the room. I filled out the survey regarding my stay after leaving and was emailed by the manager, Kristie, and she offered to credit my IHG rewards account with 5,000 bonus points for the inconvenience. While not a huge perk (this only equates to about a $10 Starbucks gift card in their redemption catalog compared to the $100 I spent on the room), it was nice to offer something for the inconvenience.
After offering the bonus points, they were never awarded. I emailed Kristie to ask about the status of the points, and received no reply. I sent the email 8 days ago and have still not received a reply. Overall, not pleased with the quality of sleep I received at this hotel and even less pleased with the customer service received after my stay.
I stay there quite a bit. Clean rooms. The staff always makes me feel right at home. Great place to stay!
I checked in around 1030 1100, the process was quick and efficient and was soon on my way to my room, the elevator was easily accessible and clean. My room was right off the elevator and easy to find, upon entering I was impressed with my room size
