Arrived at 1:30 AM on Sunday. Desk clerk was very friendly. Had our room keys ready. Nice treat as the kids were very sleepy. Asked if we needed anything, just let him know. Rooms were very clean. Standard but good free breakfast. Every employee I encountered was very friendly. I happened to leave an item in the room after check out. I called and they mailed it to me.
Staff is friendly and courteous. Room was exceptional and bed was soft. Very nice mid/upper scale hotel.
We stayed here while attending a wedding in Palisades Park the following day. We just needed a place to put our bodies and shower. I was genuinely impressed with this hotel! It's located just off a major road, so I wasn't expecting a lot. But it was actually quite nice. The complimentary breakfast is one of the beat I've ever had. I would be happy to stay here again.
Avoid this hotel! Room was the size of a closet. The walls had stains on them.and half the lighting didn't even work!! Taking a shower was worse than just being dirty. The water was hard and had zero pressure. Got out of the shower with this horrible film on my whole body from the soap/water. Couldn't even give the kids a shower cause of it. Stay away. Way better options even if u have to drive. Disappointment and waste of money
They always have a clean meeting room. Very nice employees. But...they used to have us coffee plus cookies set out. The past couple of times there wasn't refreshments.
