Great place for atmosphere, food great. Only think I don't like is paying at that table side kiosk. Especially during flu season and I won't pay to play some games that's on it.
Was seated and had to wait almost 10 minutes for our server to take our drink order. After she brought the drinks she didn't take our order... She handed out Tickets then cleaned tables and only when I had a phone call and said out loud when asked what I was doing... I am waiting for my order to be taken... She finally came over hands full of dirty dishes and said I will be right back to take your order. Food was good but service not so much.
My fiancé and I were going to eat at Applebee’s on Tuesday night at 9 pm. We went in and a waitress told us she would clean a booth and seat us. So we watched her clean the booth and she left and never came back to get us. My fiancé suggested we go sit down, so we did. Another waitress came and asked what we wanted to drink and if we had been seated. We told her that we had already been ignored and then she proceeds to walk off. At 9:30 pm we still had no menus, no drinks, and all the waitresses had walked past us several times with us looking right at them and they just refused to serve us, so we got up and walked out. We also had watched several other customers be seated with menus after us. I will never be going back. We are very understanding and NICE people, but we were blatantly ignored several times and it was not right. Retrain your staff.
Great place to go with friends are by yourself! Friendly service. Jordan was the bartender was very helpful with explaining different beers they had. One of the few good bartenders I have meet in Gadsden! Food was also good. I would suggest this Restaurant for just about any occasion.
The people were service was prompt and curtious as the food was great , just small tbings but I guess its according to whom may be your server .
