Friendly service and the cashier brought our food to the table and came around and checked on us to see if we needed anything. Service you don't get everyday at a fast-food restaurant.
There were two cars in front of me and it took them 25 minutes to get my food to me. I understand some orders take time but pull those people up so the people who didn't order a whole lot can get there food.
Worst I been too. I always come every weekend and I came in Dec 14th @ 12p.m and a cashier in front name tag said Erica she was quiet rude with me and my family. She didn't excuse herself she just answered the phone while taken our order and messed the whole entire order up. We will not be coming back to this captain ds anymore. The girl never once apologized or anything. Just she had terrible manners towards me and my family.
Was one of the most pleasurable visits I have ever had. The woman who took my order, milia, I believe her name was, was so incredibly polite and helpful and attentive to me the entire time I was there. I will most certainly be coming back to this place. Very clean, very quiet and cozy. I give two thumbs up. Way to go, Captain D's, keep up the good work!
The crew of this establishment only want to be of no bureden to themselves! By no means go by this place when they are about to close! I mean even an hour out and you'll find horrible attitudes and worse food as they are only wanting to get off early and do not care about you! They really suck! The whole store needs to be cleaned of every employee! And the manager first! Good luck with future business, as you are driving all away. Hope you find your happiness with food stamps!
