We arrived and the entire staff was huddled around the bar watching football and just looked at us in anticipation to see who would greet us first. Our waitress approached us as if she was doing us a favor by waiting on us. She explained that she is a trainee and took our order. Everyone's food came out, not very hot, and my husband's sandwich was wrong. He sent it back and didn't get it until after everyone at our table was done eating. The trainee waitress then explained that the kitchen had gotten it wrong again before she brought it out and it had to be made a 3rd time. She then started expressing that all the kitchen does is play and talk and it "pisses her off" because they always get things wrong.....does no one know that you don't "vent" to your customers? You apologize and make it right. She asked if we needed to see the manager...who was seated at the bar like a patron instead of managing his restaurant. My husband said no, because he was just ready to go and get out of there. I wouldn't recommend anyone eat here...terrible staff, terrible all the way around. The owner of this place needs to re evaluate his or her staff.
Ok menu price for ribs was 12.49 and grilled chicken salad was 10.89 no charge for water. Manager came to our table and said he was gonna re-adjust our ticket for the error, came back with the ticket saying he took our drinks off, so they were free.....REALLY!!!!
My husband ordered a half rack of ribs with fries and salad, he got half rack of ribs and a handful of fries NO SALAD. I ordered a grilled chicken salad with NO dressing, was served a chicken salad drenched with some kind of sauce all over the salad, also asked for salsa and chips, that never found its way to our table, we both ordered water with lemon for our drinks, they never did find any lemon and our waitress came to our table ONE time after sitting our food on the table and that was to bring us a ticket with our dinner charge on it of $43.17
This is absolutely the best Chili's I've ever eaten at. This location has a huge patio with a great view of the river. The food here is always well prepared and the servers are always helpful. They usually have a good beer selection as well as plenty of mixed drinks. I always enjoyed visits here.
Best customer service best food best atmosphere and all during a huge SEC College football game! They did not miss a beat! AMAZING!
Food was delicious with spice. The black berry lemonade was perfectly fused by the bartender. Personal thanks, again. Needed to boost my energy on a warm sunny day. Seem to have a problem getting napkins of all things and water. Music was great for private conversation. Enjoyed it, too.
This place needs a real manager and a waitress replaced.
