Wish I would have read the reviews before getting food here. When I first got there i thought dang here's some good prices on food but I ordered a bacon double burger and it didnt even have bacon on it? Just a bunch of ketchup on some tiny beef patties thrown together very sloppily and the frys were greasy and soggy. Go across to Wendy's or burger king. Seriously
I cant even believe this place is still open. They have the worst customer service ever. I been multiple times thinking they would improve but NOPE! 1 time i went on my lunch break and I was the only customer/car there n line and they told me it would be a 15min wait b4 they could even take my order CAUSE THEY WERE CHANGING SHIFTS!! Wat restraunt does that?!! But yea everytime i go they dont be busy at all and I still have to wait forever to get fast food. I get service faster at a dine in restraunt. On top of this the employees are not freindly, they never smile and just talk to you with so much attitude. I be scared they gone do something to my food so i be looking through the window while i wait.
I like this place, but they can do more on handling carryout more better than they do. Went to go in my bag, and my order of bbq wings was all messy at the bottom of my bag , ripped a hole and got all over me. And when I asked the lady again how much she said my order was, she cocked a attitude, saying this man trying to get me to repeat myself. If u talked more proper where people can under stand u, u wouldn't be asked again. No need to be rude period! Fries were cold, and that wasn't bbq wings I know bbq wings when I get them! That's rip off, my wings wasn't even all the way cooked! Need to better or I'll take it to the top above Rally on who's really in charge!!! Horrible service!!!
Great food but not so good service
Our order was accurate, fast, tasty and hot off the grill and out of the fryer. The staff is friendly and efficient. Could afford to purchase fast food there often, but we have it as a special treat. The Buford burger, chili dogs and fries are delish.
